Site Plan

Site orientation and solar orientation were considered as much as possible by the prototype design. Many aspects of site design were adjusted on a case-by-case basis for each individual project to maximize views and daylighting. The first prototype is on a 35-acre site adjacent to a public park and is separated by a stream. Jogging trails were developed in the project on both sides of the stream. The second prototype is located on a slightly smaller, 32 acre, site surrounded by residential development.
