Design/Build, Fast Track project completed design to occupancy in less than 6 months. Modularized off-site construction. Site slab on grade. Type VN construction. Framed exterior bearing walls, low slope trussed roof with parapet condition. Exterior wall finish is a blend of EIFS and 4” split face masonry to match existing campus materials.
