Eureka School: AID India

Introduction

The school along with a village library, science lab, computer center and livelihood center forms a development campus for a village cluster located at Walodai Village, Tamilnadu State, India.

The client wanted a school space that will allow freedom, exploration and confidence building of students. The school design was informed by local and global school case studies that revealed the crucial role of transition zones besides structured program spaces in supporting spontaneous activity and interactive learning of students.
