Introduction

Multi-function academic building’s mission to be “learning center” rather than “teaching center” realized with flexible environment where classrooms, laboratories and faculty offices encircle three-story central space that contains library and student support functions. Dynamic form of signature building is symbolic expression of its destiny as axis of new stand-alone university.
