Commentary:
The institute being an orphanage and charitable one, the primary concern was to optimize the project cost to the bare minimum possible.

The specs used honor the financial brief and achieved it within the limit. The detailing, though looks sophisticated has been achieved through low-tech means by local craft men. Artificial lighting, which contributes to initial cost and a major component in the running cost, has been kept minimum as the centre functions only during the day time. The wraps funnel the natural light deep in to the space by the virtue of its configuration.
