Site plan.

A north-south axis running through the site ceremoniously connects Poquoson Avenue (south) with Bennet Creek and the Bay (north). The axis bisects the floor plan separating the public (east) and private (west) functions of the building. A boardwalk extends north along the axis providing access to the wetlands beyond.
